Hair, considered.
A small Parisian atelier for editorial cuts, slow colour, and quiet rooms. By appointment only.
Considered work.
Four quiet rituals. Each begins with a private consultation and a glass of something cold. See full menu →
Cut · Signature
Consultation, cleanse, dry-cut shaping for line and movement. Finished by hand, never by formula.
Couleur · Balayage
Slow, hand-painted colour. Lived-in dimension built over hours, glossed and conditioned to finish.
Treatment · Olaplex Reset
A bond-rebuilding ritual paired with steam therapy. For colour-treated and worked hair seeking a quiet recovery.
Bridal · Atelier Day
A full day in the atelier — trial, dressing, touch-ups on location. Discreet, by referral, limited weekends.
A room for the work.
Maison Lior was opened in 2009 above a courtyard off Rue Saint-Honoré. Four chairs, a sink room, and a quiet library of references. We take three appointments a day, sometimes four.
The work is editorial in spirit and personal in practice — colour built slowly, cuts shaped by hand, finishes left intentionally undone. We are not a salon you walk into. We are a room you book.
Three stylists.
Trained between Paris, Tokyo and London. Each takes a small book of clients and answers their own line. Read full bios →
A small archive.
Editorial, bridal, private commissions. Photographed at the atelier and on location in Paris and Marrakech. View full gallery →
There is no scene at Maison Lior. Just a quiet room, three hours, and the best colour in the city.
